Hopefully by this point you have been through the pre-approval process or at the very least had a pre qualification done , it’s time to start looking for a home.

A few good tips before calling an agent is knowing where you want to live. Sometimes, where you want to live may be higher than your price range, so make sure you have alternative cities and areas you would like to live as well. 

Have an idea of what is absolutely essential to have in your next home (bedrooms, square footage etc.), and what is nonessential but would be nice to have (view, pool, amenities etc.). Then call us with your "wish list" to find a home close to or exactly what you’re looking for.
